Price Guide and Packages
Everyone looking at the option of using a marquee for any event needs to have an idea of what it is going to cost. We will give a quote for any function we feel we would be able to do, but for people to have an idea of the cost involved we have set out a table below outlining the basic costs for our smaller marquees.These prices will vary depending on location and ease of access and security. All our equipment is fully insured for damage and theft with a £500 excess payable for damage caused by misuse or theft. There is also public liability cover for up to £5M.
Being farmers we have access to a good number of open field sites and venues in Northumberland availble to stage a wide range of events, our speciality being wedding receptions, but we also organise Summer or Winter Balls, Birthday Parties, Christmas parties and music festivals.
We have access to secluded locations on private land:
Ross Links: Sand Dunes looking out over Lindisfarne
East Burton Farm, Bamburgh: overlooking Bamburgh Castle.
Various locations near Felton & Longframlington with views of the Simonside and Cheviot Hills.
We also have access to locations within the Alnwick Castle grounds.
Packages
We can offer a complete package covering everything required for an event in an open field site to include: Marquees, catering, bar, entertainment, power, security and transport.
As an example we can provide a wedding reception at one of our venues to incude:
Marquee, fully lined with wooden floor and carpet, chandelier lights, heaters, tables and chairs.
Service tent, wooden floor and lights
Bar, provided by specialist outside bar service
Dance floor and stage, interlocking portable hardwood structure
Generator, with backup generator
Posh Loos, with soothing piped music!
We could supply all the above with a three course hot meal for 200 people from £55 per person
This price does not include drinks, but does compare very favourably with a similar function in a hotel with the obvious benefit of being much more unique and exclusive.
